Reaching the peak

Postby Geekit » Sep 7th, '12, 22:25

At what point will we evolve into some thing other than the human race if at all? What will they be called? Or have we reached absolute perfection without technical modification through our habitation, diet habits, and planet wide interbreeding. surly these factors are the principles behind evolution?

Hi Geekit, well you know I think when given that evolution is driven by environmental changes and we are hell bent on trying to maintain our environment I'm inclined to think that we won't evolve that much............. unless of course we move off this planet and into space and well there, where gravity is less significant (unless we make it so) and extremes of cold, heat, radiation and such like make evolution albeit a man-made variety pretty essential well then it will happen because we will survive regardless of what it takes.

But as to when we become the ultimate beings..... (isn't that the definition of a Dalek? ;) ) goodness knows?
