Yes zero Kelvin is generally viewed as a limit of absolute temperature, although in reality it is unachievable as it would require all movement at a subatomic level the stop completley and that just insn't going to happen in a universe with any energy in it.
So the limit of minimum temperature is a tiny bit above zero Kelvin.
Also the speed of sounds has a limit of sorts, depending on atmospheric temperature, density, humidity, pollution levels and such.
There are also limits to how fast you can travel through the atmosphere, below 20 kilometres altitude anything above three times the speed of sound (Mach 3) is impractical due to surface friction heating.
