See inside Science

OK, here's another one for the kids. You guys have kids don't you?

The great thing about this book is that they have managed to cover pretty much everything in nice little bitesize chunks. With the addition of the flip up tabs for the kids to lift up (like spot the dog), it really gets the kids interested. My 2 year old is forever grabbing this one off of the shelf, looking at the pictures and lifting up the tabs. If you sit down with them as well it genuinely teaches you something again, so it's not wasted on the adult. It covers the internal workings of cells, space, evolution, physics, an all rounder really. Well worth a look, even if you are an adult.
