human limitation

is there limit to the human body in what we can achive? E.g. How fast can we run 100 currently usain bolt is the fastest at approx 9.5 seconds. Lithuanian strong man big z last year dead lifted a world rocord of approx 350+ kg how far can we push our selfs? The trend would suggest that the world rocord for 100 metre must go past the 9 second barrier and then onto 8 seconds!!!

fiancee asked me the other day if it was possible that somewere in the universe there could b life that could have evolved without the presence of water? lucid Dreaming

Anyone else experienced this? I did this morning and it was very very strange. Why does it happen? I thought our brains wouldn't let us know we were in a dream in case we lost touch with reality.
