Could someone press the button to release the July issue on the iPad

Previous issue suggested a release date of the 2nd... I am having withdrawal symptoms, the iPad release is the only way I get to read my favourite mag here in HK.....

Allowing for different postal rates your July copy should be with you very shortly mart6049, if it hasn't arrived within the next couple of days it might be worth contacting focus@servicehelpline.co.uk

The postal issue usually arrives a bit ahead of the issue going out on the shelves, but this last one arrived the day after it was available in the supermarket.

Iv emailed service help and been told that a replacement will be with me in the next couple of weeks. Quick reply. Look forward to getting the latest Focus (although by the time I finish reading it the next one should have arrived!!)

Is anybody else having problems downloading issue 230. When I click buy, followed by single issue. Nothing happens. I have tried many times, my previous 5 issues have downloaded fine. would appreciate any advice

I have just deleted and re installed my focus app. Still not able to download issue 230 and as an added bonus have lost all my previously bought issues. I am a little irritated to say the least

Hi Longpants, sad to hear that you're having problems with the app.

Now that you've reinstalled it most problems should be fixed - iTunes remembers that you've downloaded issues before, even if they disappear. So if you touch 'buy' and go through the process of buying them again you'll get them back and you won't be charged, there will be a message to recognise that you've already purchased them before.

Please let me know if that works, and email lousieridley@bbcmagazines.com if you have further problems.

I have tried your suggestion of re downloading all the issues I had already purchased. Unfortunately I am now. Having the same problems downloading all other issues as I was having downloading issue 230 in the first place.

When I click buy, I get the single issue or subscriber box come up, I click on single issue and the the box disappears however the magazine does not start downloading. This happens will all issues.

I really enjoy reading your magazine and seen as I go away a lot with the forces the iPad is the perfect way to enjoy focus. I hope these issues can be resolved very soon.

I could well be wrong Longpants, and please forgive me if this is something you have already considered, but, is your iPad functioning correctly?

I have no problems with any other apps or purchasing apps from the app store. So I don't think so

I have fixed the problem. For anyone else experiencing the same problem you are probably as stupid as I am. I had turned off in app purchasing in settings, in order to stop my 2 year old running up a massive bill. Once turned back on surprise surprise all issues download fine. Apologies for wasting people's time. Feel fairly stupid, yet very pleased the problem is fixed
