In theory, could you drive an F1 car on the roof of a tunnel?

The aerodynamic design uses air rushing past to exert a strong down force to stick the car to the track, improving its handling. The down force is greater than gravity. So in theory, you could drive the car through a tunnel and gradually steer it up the sides until you were motoring along the roof.
