Have you had any negative press? How do you deal with those (misery guts) who think it's all a waste of time?

Part of the aim of the project is to encourage new engineers. Have you had much involvement with the education program?

Is there a physical limit how fast the record could get to? Will the human inside not just turn to mush?

In the event of some form of catastrophic failure, is there an ejection system like that of a jet fighter or is it hope for the best?

Have you ever been nicked for speeding?

Sorry just an after thought. I would imagine the weight of the vheicle must be taken into consideration when trying to attain great speeds. So do you have get your self down to a certain weight, in time for run date to keep the overall weight of the car at am optimum. Also how would you feel if you only got to 999.99 mph.
Not that for a minute that i think you would not reach the golden ticket of 1k mph plus :)

how much fuel does each run require, (i noticed in Annie Berresfords blog there was some debate as to how re-fueling was going to be done) what kind of safety equipment / measures do you take.

What do your friends and family think of you driving at 1000mph? Are they worried?

I was wondering what sort of road legal car you drive? Do you prefer the more aerodynamically shaped vehicles?

If during the attempt, the vehicle starts weaving, what controls are in place to counteract this at such a high speed? Will you have to slow down or try to accelerate through any buffeting?

Hi Andy, I'm incredibly envious and a little in awe, I have been passenger in RAF jets at such speeds but even at ground 'contour' hugging altitude the sense of speed will be nothing as to how it will feel being in actual contact with the Earth.
So one thing I must know, how on earth do you prepare yourself for this? Ok you have to be physically fit and cooler than 'Ice Man' from 'Top Gun' but really you need nerves of steel and spherical appendages of carborundum surely!?

Have you been doning any training to prepare for high g forces? If so, describe the training.

Given that we can go as fast or faster in the atmosphere or space, what is the point and / or drive to do so on the surface and most importantly, is there a cup holder?

Do you have to drive it or hang on for dear life, while it jets off at 1000mph? and how flat does the surface have to be?

Ask him if, like Formula 1 drivers, does he get bored stupid driving 'normal' cars at normal speeds?

Can you describe the sensation when going that fast?
