Environmental magazine goes on tour

An environmental magazine created by Year 9 students, aged 13-14 years old, has gone on tour in museums and science centres around the UK.

As part of a three-year project initiated by London’s Science Museum, pupils from 49 UK schools wrote articles about environmental issues affecting their local area.

The resulting pieces were collected into a one-off publication – ‘ATMOS’ – that offers a snapshot of the UK’s environmental concerns as seen through the eyes of the next generation.

The magazine can be viewed at the following places:

20-24 June: At-Bristol, Bristol
27-30 June: Science Museum, London (part of the 'Climate Changing Stories' exhibition)
4-9 July: Museum of Science & Industry, Manchester
