Still having problems? Try using another web browser, either Firefox or Internet Explorer (not Safari or Chrome) and make sure you have the latest driver for your webcam. Ensure that no other applications are using the webcam at the same time and check your firewall settings. Internet Explorer users may need to click the "allow blocked content" bar that appears at the top of the window.
